I had been thinking about doing a blog...but never actually did it. Finally in November of this year, I looked into doing one and found the blogspot on-line community...and I am so happy I did! I have another outlet, just to gab about anything and everything from important issues to trivial ones...

The last thing I made that I feel is worth mentioning is the birthday cake I did for my niece Cayley's birthday party. The theme was 'miniature golf' and I tried to fancy a cake that incorporated the theme...which had a golf ball on grass...unfortunately, and fortunately...I did not take a picture of the cake. The heat in Guam melted the icing, which I had not anticipated, because I was using another type of icing...and, let's just say, it wasn't pretty after that...oh well...
I really want to make some miniature round cakes for my staff at work, for christmas...of course we are approaching the busy period (at work), so I really do need to make some time for it...we'll see, and if I do, I will be sure to post pictures...
